Return Window

If the return is caused by a verified defect, damage, or incorrect shipment caused by Vivi Steel Jewelry, we will provide appropriate return instructions and may cover the return shipping cost where applicable.

Non-Quality Returns

We accept returns for non-quality reasons within 5 days of delivery, provided that the items are unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging and condition.

For non-quality returns, the customer is responsible for:
